Meet David Nichols

David Nichols, President and Founder of The Nichols Management Group, is a nationally recognized expert
in laboratory strategy and management. His insights on laboratories have been featured
in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Politico, and Bloomberg.

Since founding NMG, Mr. Nichols has played a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and closing acquisitions
valued at more than $1 billion, while also helping launch start-ups worth nearly $500 million. He is widely regarded
for his ability to build enduring client relationships and bringing integrity to every engagement.

His extensive experience includes senior roles at Allergan Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Director of Worldwide
Business Planning, and SmithKline Clinical Laboratories, where he was Director of Physician Marketing and Managed Care.

He has been an executive VP and board member at numerous laboratories. Mr. Nichols earned his MBA from Cornell University
with a Sloan Certificate in Hospital Administration. He studied labor relations at the University of Bath in England
and holds a BBA with honors from the University of Miami.
