NMG worked with the Cottage Health and Sansum Medical Clinic to establish an independent laboratory joint venture, PDL now one of the largest laboratories in California with over $40 million in net revenue.

NMG assisted Spectra Laboratories in the purchase of Shiel Laboratories. Shiel Laboratories was a clinical and anatomic lab located in Brooklyn, NY and serviced physician office labs throughout NYC and NJ. Shiel was purchased for approximately $225 million.

Clinical Diagnostic Services (CDS) was a clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory servicing the NY metro area. NMG assisted CDS sale to Quest Diagnostics. CDS lab was sold to Quest for $125 million.
