NMG assisted Spectra Laboratories in the purchase of Shiel Laboratories, a clinical and anatomic pathology lab located in New York for approximately $225 million dollars.

Clinical Diagnostic Services (CDS) was a clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory servicing the NY metro area. NMG assisted in CDS sale to Quest Diagnostics for approximately $125 million dollars.

NMG worked with the Cottage Health and Sansum Medical Clinic to establish an independent laboratory joint venture. PDL now one of the largest laboratories in California has over 100 million in revenue.
